Automated monthly payments are available by check or credit card.

Option A: No Initial Payment / No Interest Plan (Capital One Healthcare Finance; or CareCredit®)

Option B: Payment in Full

A bookkeeping courtesy of 6% is given for direct payment in full at start of treatment by cash, check or credit card.

Option C: Office Payment Plan

As a courtesy to our patients, we offer a financing plan with no interest. An initial down payment is required, but the balance of the patient's responsibility is paid over the estimated number of months in treatment.
